about the dress, i think with too puffy sleeves it might not look good as well, because it makes me look like i have really broad shoulders, and sakura is supposed to have a small stature :/. my sleeves is rather puffy tho, just that in this picture it sort of.. went down . LOL!
but anyway i'll be doing 2 more versions of sakura, the summer uniform and 2nd movie purple yellow and white costume (if i manage to sew it)

Re. the puffy sleeves, I think it depends on how its implemented in the costume, but yes depending on how its designed it could possibly make ur shoulders look broader than it should. So yeah it can be tricky. Heheh didn't really noticed the puffy sleeves in the pic. XD
Oooh...looking forward to seeing the 2 versions! Sakura has a crazy amount of costumes in the series/movies (thanks to Tomoyo XD)
